Last updated: January 15, 2026
At Ecuobra Vivienda S.A.S. we protect the personal information of visitors to this site and of those who consult about the housing program. This policy describes what data we collect, for what purpose and what rights you have under the Ecuadorian Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP, 2021) and its regulations in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
Ecuobra Vivienda S.A.S., Tax ID 1793214057001, with address at Av. Naciones Unidas E7-95, Quito, acts as the data controller. You can contact us at privacidad@ecuobra.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you submit through the consultation form: full name, email address and message. We also record limited technical data (truncated IP address, device type, language) to operate the site securely.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to respond to your query, send you information about the projects available in your region and, if you allow analytics cookies, to measure aggregate use of the site. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties outside the program.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent when submitting the form and on our legitimate interest in operating the site and preventing fraud. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Retention
We keep consultation data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. International transfers
We use technology providers (hosting and email) that may store data outside Ecuador. We only work with providers that offer adequate safeguards under the LOPDP.
7. ARCO+ rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation by writing to privacidad@ecuobra.com. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), role-based access control and audit logs. No system is infallible; please do not submit unnecessary sensitive data.
9. Supervisory authority
If you believe we are processing your data improperly, you may file a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or program changes. We will always publish the date of the last update at the top of this document.
