These Terms govern the use of ecuobra.com and the relationship between the visitor and Ecuobra Vivienda S.A.S. By continuing to browse you accept these conditions, in force in 2026.

1. Nature of the program

Ecuobra is a private housing participation program aimed at Ecuadorian citizens between 40 and 65 years old. It is not a state program nor does it replace public benefits.

2. Permitted use of the site

The site is informational. You may browse freely, download the legal documents and submit enquiries. Automated use or bulk scraping of the content is prohibited.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, trademarks, logos and photographs on the site are owned by Ecuobra Vivienda S.A.S. or its licensors. Their commercial reproduction is not authorised without written permission.

4. Consultation and contracting

Submitting the form does not constitute a participation contract. Enrolment in the program is done exclusively through a signed contract, after reviewing the specific conditions of each project.

5. Risks

Participation in housing projects involves risks, including possible delays, distribution adjustments and partial or total loss of the contributed capital. Informational figures on the site do not constitute a promise of return.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ecuadorian law, Ecuobra is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, technical interruptions or decisions made without signing a formal contract.

7. Consumer protection

The rights recognised by Ecuador's Organic Consumer Protection Law are fully respected, including truthful information and the right to file complaints.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of Quito, without prejudice to prior mediation.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with the date of the last update indicated at the top.
